How AdminLanding works

STEP 1

Pick what you need

Need a Carte Vitale? A rent receipt? A tax form? Browse by category or search — everything is available in English and French.

STEP 2

Generate, follow, or look up

Generate a ready-to-submit document, follow a step-by-step guide on an official site, or look up the legal text that applies to your case.

STEP 3

Submit with confidence

Download your document, submit it to the right office, and track your progress. You always stay in control — we never submit on your behalf.

What it looks like in use

Faithful renderings of the real screens, with example figures. Pick a toolkit.

Every property in one dashboard, with the year already totalled for your tax return.

Built for documents that matter

Leases, tax forms and identity documents deserve more than a template site.

“As an expat renting out my apartment in France, I had no idea where to start. […] The biggest thing for me is that it explains everything clearly.”

AdminLanding doesn't replace a notaire for a property sale, an expert-comptable for company accounting, or an avocat for a dispute. For everything else — rent receipts, leases, tax returns, residence permit applications, the letter to CAF — we handle routine French paperwork at a cost that's not in the same ballpark as a professional fee.

Quick answer

AdminLanding is a bilingual English/French platform for French administrative procedures. It combines 23 ALUR/ELAN-compliant rental document generators, 48 administrative letter scenarios across 15 institutions, an AI assistant on 25+ official government sites, 543 administrative situation sheets and 55 fiscal situations — with eIDAS-compliant e-signature (EU Regulation 910/2014) and an encrypted vault, hosted in the EU. Your first rental property is free (10 documents + encrypted Vault, no card required); beyond that, one AdminLanding membership opens every document tool — rental, cross-border, home employment for both parties, letters, patrimoine and CERFA fills: €6 a month, renewed automatically every month; cancel any time from your account, effective at the end of the current monthly period.

FAQ

Does the AI fill forms for me?
No. For privacy protection, AI provides guidance while YOU fill forms on official sites. We never access or store form data from government portals.
Can I use AdminLanding in English?
Yes. The web platform, the mobile apps (Rent, Guide, Net Frontalier) and the Chrome extension all run in a fully bilingual interface — switch between English and French at any time, and the guidance follows your choice. The official documents we generate (leases, rent receipts, CERFA forms, administrative letters) are always produced in French, because that's what gives them legal validity with French institutions. AdminLanding was built with English speakers in mind, for expats and non-French speakers living with French bureaucracy.
How does PDF generation work?
You save your profile once (name, address, etc). We pre-fill CERFA forms you can download and submit. Works offline. Privacy-focused design with full data deletion available.
Do I still visit official government sites?
Yes, always. AdminLanding guides you TO and ON official sites. You complete procedures on real government portals (CPAM, CAF, etc), we just make it easier.
How is my data protected?
EU servers only. AES-256 encryption. Privacy-focused architecture. Your data stays in your control — with full deletion available at any time. Vault documents are encrypted on your device before storage.
Who is AdminLanding for?
Anyone navigating French administration who wants it explained clearly: expats and English speakers settling in France, residents who simply want less paperwork, cross-border workers between France and Switzerland, UK nationals dealing with post-Brexit procedures, and landlords (private, SCI or LMNP) managing rental property — including from abroad, and household employers and their employees (nanny, carer, cleaner, assistant maternel) ending a contract under the CCN 3239. One account covers documents, the rental module, the cross-border tools, the home-employment module (19 documents, both parties) and the AI guide.
Is AdminLanding affiliated with the French government?
No. AdminLanding is an independent private platform built in France by AdminLanding SASU — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency or public service. We help you understand and prepare your procedures, then you complete them yourself on the official portals (service-public.fr, impots.gouv.fr, ameli.fr, caf.fr, and others). We never submit anything on your behalf.
