# AdminLanding — French bureaucracy, finally in English

## What is AdminLanding?

AdminLanding is a bilingual (English/French) ecosystem built by AdminLanding SASU in France. It consists of three products that share one user account:

2. **Rent — Lease & Short-Term** (FR listing: "Rent — Bail & Courte Durée") — native Android + iOS app for French landlords. Generates 23 rental documents — 21 long-term ALUR/ELAN/CLIMAT-compliant (leases, quittances de loyer, digital états des lieux, ...) + 2 short-term (contrat de location saisonnière, état descriptif) — plus compliance & maintenance deadline tracking (boiler, chimney sweep, heat-pump, DPE) with email reminders. Two-sided: dedicated tenant portal with categorized messaging. Rent receipts (quittances de loyer) are free on every account — up to 20 per month, no card. The first property is free with 10 documents (no card required).   - Home employment (in the membership): list_home_employments and get_home_employment (the shared record — calendar, amounts, reminders sent to each party), the 16 end-of-contract document tools (convocation and termination letter for a home employee, withdrawal of the child for an assistant maternel, retirement decided by the employer and voluntary retirement, notice waivers, resignation, document request, reservations on the settlement receipt, the preparation sheet of the rupture conventionnelle form — which is filled in on the official online service and is not signed here —, settlement check, URSSAF sheet, end of the trial period, handover receipt, notice-waiver agreement — fixed CCN 3239 templates, French with an English companion page), share_home_employment_document (a copy into the other party's vault) and request_signature for co-signed documents. Humans sign; the assistant only asks. Same figures for employer and employee.
  - Read your OWN compliance state: list_deadlines (rent-revision, insurance and notice windows, lease expiry, DPE validity, maintenance due dates, courrier follow-ups, cross-border and frontalier windows — derived fresh from what you saved, suitable for a recurring weekly check) and get_compliance_status (one property's compliance cockpit). Free, read-only.
  - Frontalier presence calendar (free account): set_presence_pattern applies your usual week over a range (weekends never, the canton of work's public holidays prefilled as absences from a sourced table, explicit days kept), log_presence_range logs leave / missions / exceptions over a range, log_presence_days writes one status per day on your OWN calendar — worked in Switzerland, telework from France, temporary mission (counts as telework up to 10 days a year; mission_place fr / third for the art. 5a OIS items d / e), absence (leave, public holiday, sickness: not working time, excluded from both terms of the telework rate, per ge.ch) — idempotent per date, current and previous year; get_frontalier_presence reads the year's position (share against the 40 % tax and 49.9 % social thresholds, remaining days, employer-validated periods); generate_presence_attestation (membership; French by default, English twin; employer with IDE and signatory saved on the frontalier profile; counting method day / half-day) lays the calendar out for the Swiss employer's co-signature and request_signature sends it (2 signature credits — 1 per signer: the worker with the account email + the employer signatory — names must match the document) — once both have signed, the employer receives the signed PDF by e-mail, the vault gets a copy and the period is stamped validated. generate_leaver_attestation builds the art. 5a OIS attestation (telework days, missions in France and in third States apart, nights in Switzerland for the 1983-agreement cantons) for an employment ending in the year. list_deadlines carries the threshold-approach warnings with remaining days, the year-end "close your calendar" and the salary-data exchange (2026 data to the cantonal tax authority in January 2027 in Geneva and by 28/02/2027 in Vaud, LEADS).
